Wonderful and Innovative to Work With!
Howard Rosen and I have been working together for a number of years. He had a product tailor-made for us that is compatible with our Lift Gondola system. Most of our DVDs are no longer in their original cases, and are instead in Browser packs. Before, only six DVDS could fit in a slot, now, three to four times that many can fit. We have been very happy with the product and the company. Howard is very reliable and responsive.

Excellent product! Great customer service!
I have been working directly with Chicago One Stop for over two years now, and both their products and their customer service (via Howard Rosen) have been great. Typically my orders arrive within one or two days! My library stores all of our DVDs behind the Circulation desk in space saving, easy-to-use, sturdy disc pouches that are reasonably priced from Chicago One Stop. Patrons can browse our selection with the quality browser paks (see photos) that we also get from them. I highly recommend working with Chicago One Stop for any DVD/CD media library display systems.
Great Compact Storage Option for Media
We just completed a project of transferring our entire 10,000 title media collection to Browser Paks. The new packages have provided us an extra five years of space to grow. Chicago 1 Stop is a very reliable company and Howard Rosen is easy to work with.
Love that Vinyl ... What a Space Saver!
We were running out of space for DVDs, and when we saw Chicago One Stop browser displays being used by other libraries we knew we had found a solution. When we contacted them, Mr. Rosen (“Call me Howard.”) helped us get what we needed. Being a smaller library he worked with us on price and size, and now we have our DVDs displayed in the Chicago One Stop vinyl browser packs. We had great personal costumer service from Howard, and we will continue to use his product.
