Eco Binder: Designed to replace toxic vinyl binders in office, school and library environments. Available in several designs to fit a variety of needs, these ecologically sound binders are not just a replacement for vinyl, but a practical, smart solution to a real problem. A core of 96% post-consumer waste plus 4% recycled-material binders board manufactured in the US with waste paper from the state of CN. The board is acid neutral and the fabric binding is 100% cotton cloth with water based acrylic coating. Attractive yet durable! Flex tested oover 50,000 openings and closings with no visible change.
